Soft gnocchi in the Italian style: 70 % potatoes, 29 % Italian durum wheat semolina and a pinch of salt. The ridges hold the sauce, and the gnocchi stay firm and al dente after cooking. Made in Italy and frozen.
Ideal for restaurants, pizzerias, hotels, canteens and catering – as a side dish or as a main course with ragù, tomato sauce or gorgonzola, baked or tossed in the pan. Vegan, without egg and without milk.
Preparation: put frozen into boiling salted water, cook for 2 minutes, drain. Or 3 minutes in a pan with liquid sauce, or 3 minutes at 700–800 watts in the microwave.
Storage: frozen at −18 °C, 18 months shelf life. 1 kg per bag, 10 bags per carton.
