The Lasagne Emiliane is a preparation of ragù alla Bolognese, béchamel sauce and fresh egg pasta sheets. The ragù makes up 42 % and contains 38 % beef. In addition there are 40 % béchamel sauce, 17 % cooked fresh egg pasta sheets and grated cheese. Made in Italy and frozen.
Each piece weighs 4.5 kg. For restaurants, pizzerias, hotels, canteens and catering.
Preparation: bake frozen in a preheated oven at 180 °C for approx. 50–55 minutes. If thawed, halve the time.
Storage: frozen at −18 °C or colder, 15 months. 3 pieces per carton.
