Rectangular pala base made from wheat flour, pre-fermented with real sourdough and finished with extra virgin olive oil. Completely untopped and unbaked – the base arrives frozen and is topped and baked to your own recipe. Made in Italy and frozen straight after shaping.
At 15 × 30 cm, the handy portion size for starters and snacks, as a base for your own creation in pizzerias and bistros, for cafés and takeaway, or as a small side on the buffet.
Preparation: thaw for 30 minutes at room temperature, top, then bake for 4–6 minutes at 270 °C in a preheated oven.
Storage: frozen at −18 °C, 12 months shelf life. 180 g per piece, 40 pieces per carton.
