Oval pinsa base made from wheat and rice flour, pre-fermented with real sourdough and finished with extra virgin olive oil. The rice flour makes the pinsa especially light and crisp. Completely untopped and unbaked – the base arrives frozen and is topped and baked to your own recipe. Made in Italy and frozen straight after shaping.
At 18 × 33 cm and 250 g, the ideal portion for the à la carte menu: as a base for your own creation in pizzerias and bistros, for hotels, catering and food trucks, or as a snack variant.
Preparation: thaw for 30 minutes at room temperature, top, then bake for 4–6 minutes at 250–290 °C in a preheated oven.
Storage: frozen at −18 °C, 12 months shelf life. 250 g per piece, 15 pieces per carton.
