Pre-baked pizza base made from wheat flour type 00, already topped with a fine tomato sauce. The base is pre-baked and arrives frozen: thaw, top to your own recipe and finish with a short bake. Purely plant-based, without milk or egg. Made in Italy.
At 32 cm in diameter and 340 g, every base is the same size and weight, with sauce already applied and ready to use. That saves a step and makes your portions and food cost easy to calculate, from pizza delivery to catering, in hotels, canteens, bistros and food trucks.
Preparation: thaw for 60 minutes at room temperature, top as you like, then bake for 8 minutes at 280 °C or 4–6 minutes at 320 °C in a preheated oven.
Storage: frozen at −18 °C, 12 months shelf life. 340 g per base, 15 pieces per carton.
