A round wheat-dough pizza base topped with tomato pulp, mozzarella, 9 % tuna and a touch of oregano. A hearty classic of the Italian pizzeria in a handy snack size. Made in Emilia-Romagna and frozen straight afterwards.
At 18 cm it is ideal as a snack in bars and cafés, for the lunch menu in restaurants, canteens and hotel room service, or cut into pieces for catering.
Preparation: thaw for 10 minutes at room temperature, then bake for 5–7 minutes at 200–220 °C in a preheated oven.
Storage: frozen at −18 °C, 18 months shelf life. 190 g per pizza, 32 pizzas per carton.
