The Regali Spinaci e Mascarpone are rectangular fresh egg pasta pockets with a spinach and mascarpone filling. The dough is made from 32 % durum wheat semolina and 6.5 % fresh eggs, the filling contains 13.5 % spinach and 7 % mascarpone as well as ricotta. Made in Italy and frozen.
Each piece measures 60 × 100 mm and weighs 31 ± 3 g. For restaurants, pizzerias, hotels, canteens and catering.
Preparation: cook frozen for 3 minutes in boiling salted water. Or 4 minutes in a pan with liquid sauce, or 6 minutes in a combi steamer at 180 °C with 10 % steam.
Storage: frozen at −18 °C, shelf life 18 months. 1 kg per bag, 3 bags per carton.
