Fruity sorbet with 29 % mango purée – sunny yellow, intensely of ripe mango, refreshingly sweet and with no milk in the recipe, in a 3 kg tub (4.75 litres) for the ice cream display.
Ideal for ice cream parlours, cafés, restaurants, hotels and catering: as a plain scoop, as a light dessert after spicy or rich dishes, with fruit salad and panna cotta, in sundaes with vanilla ice cream or as a palate cleanser.
Preparation: scoop straight from the freezer, no thawing needed.
Storage: frozen at a minimum of −18 °C, 24 months shelf life.
