Pre-baked pizza base made from soft wheat flour type 0 with a golden, airy rim. The base is already baked and arrives frozen: thaw, top to your own recipe and finish with a short bake. Purely plant-based, without milk or egg. Made in Italy.
At 32 cm in diameter and exactly 280 g, every base is the same size and weight. That makes your portions and food cost easy to calculate, from pizza delivery to catering, in hotels, canteens, bistros and food trucks.
Preparation: thaw for 60 minutes at room temperature, top, then bake for 8 minutes at 280 °C or 4–6 minutes at 320 °C in a preheated oven.
Storage: frozen at −18 °C, 12 months shelf life. 280 g per base, 15 pieces per carton.
