The Stelle Cuore di Burrata are star-shaped fresh egg pasta pockets with a burrata filling. The dough is made from 36 % Italian durum wheat semolina and 7.2 % fresh eggs, the filling contains 25 % burrata and ricotta. Made in Italy and frozen.
Each piece has a diameter of 70 mm and weighs 23 ± 2 g. For restaurants, pizzerias, hotels, canteens and catering.
Preparation: cook frozen for 2 minutes in boiling salted water. Or 4 minutes in a pan with liquid sauce, or 6 minutes in a combi steamer at 180 °C with 10 % steam.
Storage: frozen at −18 °C, shelf life 24 months. 1 kg per bag, 3 bags per carton.
