Creamy tiramisu in a portion jar: mascarpone cream on coffee-soaked biscuit crumbs, dusted with cocoa. 80 g per jar, ready-portioned and gluten-free, with sponge made from rice flour.

Ideal for restaurants, pizzerias, hotels, cafés, catering and buffets: as a dessert on the menu, in a set menu or with an espresso.

Preparation: thaw in the fridge and serve chilled.

Storage: frozen at a minimum of −18 °C, 18 months shelf life. Consume after thawing, do not refreeze.
