Fresh lemon dessert in a portion jar in the style of a lemon tart: creamy lemon curd with lemon juice and candied lemon peel, airy cream and fine lemon zest on top, crunchy biscuit crumbs made from rice flour with almond below. 80 g per jar, ready-portioned.

Ideal for restaurants, pizzerias, hotels, cafés, catering and buffets: as a fresh finish on the menu, in a set menu or at the buffet.

Preparation: thaw in the fridge for about 2 hours and serve chilled.

Storage: frozen at a minimum of −18 °C, 18 months shelf life. Once thawed, keeps closed in the fridge for up to 4 days, do not refreeze.
